Herefordshire Flower Guild
Founded an 1980, Herefordshire Flower Guild was started by a group of ladies that felt an evening Club in Hereford was needed. Many of the founder members still belong to the club today.
We shall be celebrating our 30th (PEARL) anniversary in the summer of 2010.
We are affiliated to the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies, and are part of the Three Counties and South Wales area of NAFAS.
Meetings are held at the RNC, College Road, Hereford, on the second Tuesday in the month at 7.30pm.
The monthly meetings consist of a floral demonstration by a NAFAS demonstrator, followed by tea/coffee and biscuits. We raffle the arrangements after the session, and the winners are always delighted.
At each meeting there are various items such as plants, sundries, jewellery, handbags and NAFAS publications for sale.
